Dunlop AeroGel 800 Oversize Tennis Racquet The Dunlop Aerogel 800 is is new for 2008 and is the next generation of lightweight Dunlop racquets that combine proven M-Fil technology with Aerogel to deliver an unmatched strength to weight ratio for enhanced stiffness and increased crispness. The Aerogel 800 also makes use of a new Dunlop technology known as Aerobridge-an injection molded polymer sleeve that encloses the throat of the racquet. Expect the same great performance found in the M-Fil series of racquets, now with the improved feel and feedback provided by Aerogel.
Geared to the beginning to intermediate player, the Dunlop Aerogel 8 Hundred features a lightweight, head heavy feel for outstanding power without sacrificing maneuverability. Dunlop adds VibroCore dampening in the shaft of the racquet to eliminate excess vibration. Ideal for a slow to moderate swing, the AeroGel 800 works well for the player looking for lightweight maneuverability, comfort, and a little more pop on their shots.
Aerogel is the worlds lightest solid and has a strength of up to 4,000 its own weight.
